Covid-19 Update

As a small, family run guesthouse with only four rooms, there is already reduced contact with other people. The house is spacious with sufficient outdoor areas for relaxation while social distancing. However, we have made some additional changes to ensure your safety. 

Please note: we are currently accepting bookings from May  2021 onwards, however bookings are still dependent on updated rules from the government.

Breakfast

If you have booked with breakfast, you will be given a time slot so that we can limit the number of people in the breakfast room at any one time. We have extended our breakfast hours to enable to serve only 2 sets of guests which means the tables will always be more than 2m apart. There is also an option to sit on the terrace outside for breakfast on nice days. Our apartments come with a kitchenette so if you book this you also have the option to self cater.  Face masks will be worn in preparation and serving of food.

For the time being, the breakfast bar (cereals, yoghurts, fruits, cold drinks etc) has been removed, however all options are still available to order. All salt, pepper, sugar dispensers are disinfected between each guest. 

Outdoor Spaces

We have added more outdoor spaces for guests to relax and enjoy the sunshine while being able to stay more than 2m apart from others. As well as the our well-maintained garden, the guests now have access to a roof terrace with plenty of seating.

Cleaning

In addition to our usual high cleaning standards, we pay extra attention to disinfecting door handles, light switches, remote controls etc between each guest. As per our usual cleaning procedure, we ventilate all rooms thoroughly between guests. All linens are washed at minimum 60 degrees. 

Anti-Bacterial

We provide antibacterial soaps in all rooms and common areas. We also provide medical grade antibacterial gel for guest use by the main entrance. 

Guest Responsibility

  • You MUST stay at home if you feel unwell or showing any symptoms of Covid-19. Please do not travel. If you have tested positive for Covid-19 and can provide the evidence, you can cancel your reservation free of charge. 
  • It is everyone’s responsibility to follow the government guidelines and to observe social distancing rules.
  • Everyone should wash their hands frequently, especially when returning from outside. 
  • All guests must wear face masks in public areas.
